2023 Pegasus Dallas Fall Masters Invite

Coaches and Club Administrators,

Below is all the information for the upcoming Pegasus Dallas Fall Masters Invite on November 11-12, 2022 in Dallas, TX at SMU’s Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center.

We will have two divisions: Women’s Open and Men’s Open.  Games on Saturday will start at 11:00 am and games on Sunday will be finished by 4:00 pm. Doors open for warm up 30 minutes prior to first games each day. Coaches/Teams will need to print out and bring their own score sheets for each of their games (You will use them for ID checks, and you need to give the score sheet to the score table before each game). Please be aware of the USAWP Event Procedures regarding advancements, shootout procedures, etc. Awards will be given out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.

Entry Fee: The entry fee for the tournament will be $800.00 per team (minimum 4 games per team). To pay your team’s entry fee, please send payment via Zelle to (214) 675 – 1959.

Pegasus Dallas Fall Masters Invite 

• Date: November 11-12, 2023
• Location: Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center: 5550 SMU Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75206
• Divisions: Men’s Open, Women’s Open
• Score Sheets: Coaches/Teams will need to print out and bring their own score sheets for each of their games (give score sheet to the score table before each game after you use them for your ID Checks, see below).
• ID Checks/Photo ID’s:  The Referees will be doing ID Checks for coaches/athletes. All athletes need to be current Bronze, Silver, or Gold members of USA Water Polo.  All coaches need to be registered with USA Water Polo and updated on their background check, 1st Aid/CPR, Safe Sport, etc.  Coaches/Teams will need to print out and bring their own score sheets for each of their games.  Please use the score sheets as your verified roster when the referees do your ID checks and then turn the score sheet in to the table prior to each game.  We recommend that all athletes download a picture with their USAWP account (process takes two minutes).  Teams will need to line up prior to their game in number order.  All teams can print out team membership cards (click print membership cards at the bottom of each team’s final roster).  Athletes can also have individual membership cards or ID’S (this takes longer than printing out team membership cards).
• Spectators:

o There is no admission fee for the tournament this weekend.

o Spectators can enjoy the games from the stands on the second floor. Only coaches and athletes should access the pool deck.

• Tournament Details:

o No Deck Changing. Athletes will have access to the locker rooms.

o There will be a warm up pool available for use before each game.

o Teams need to provide their own warm-up balls and game caps.

o Hospitality will be provided for officials ONLY.
